Sales representative
You like challenges, and you are looking for a job where opportunities to innovate will be part of your daily routine? Interal is in constant progression and is currently looking for a dynamic representative to join its team.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be called upon to communicate with the company’s prospects and clients to understand the needs and propose solutions that meet the requirements submitted. The sales process usually includes analyzing the requirements to present the software remotely or on-site at the customer’s location and following up on the file until the sale is completed. Depending on the type of mandate, a proposal can be developed as a team with the participation of project managers or can be written by the representative for simple projects only.
The functions also include:
- Attendance at trade shows and fairs
- Participation in the company’s marketing efforts
Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses to be discussed. For representatives, we provide the car and the cell phone.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Good computer and software skills on Windows
- Interpersonal and good communication skills
- Great autonomy
- Sales skills
- Availability to travel
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Asset:
- Have already worked in the field of maintenance (CMMS) or production
- Knowledge of databases
Projet manager
You like challenges, and you are looking for a job where opportunities to innovate will be part of your daily routine? Interal is in constant progression and is currently looking for a new project manager to implement Interal’s software solutions for its customers wishing to join its team.
Responsibilities:
The project manager will be responsible for meeting with customers, performing the initial analysis of the software implementation, and proposing an implementation method to the customer. The candidate will also be responsible for customizing the solution to the client’s needs, training the users, and following up with the client after implementation.

- Interpersonal and good communication skills
- Great autonomy and sense of organization
- Experience in implementing software solutions
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Asset:
- Have already worked in the field of maintenance (CMMS) or production
- Knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment
