ITS' Mission in Tunisia

Our mission is to accompany industrial Tunisian companies in completely organizing their maintenance functions and implementing an integrated system of Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS).

The Process

Our intervention usually takes place in two phases :

1. A diagnostical and technical support phase on site in order to identify the company's maintenance functions' needs and to prepare it to the CMMS.

In this phase, we offer:

  • A general diagnostic the the company's maintenance function's organization and an evaluation of its predisposition to integrate a computerized maintenance management system.

  • Any technical support that is necessary at all levels before installing the software tool, in order to ensure its efficient use. This support is offered for the following aspects :

    • Technical (failure modes and effects analysis, elaborating maintenance tasks, quick failure analysis tools, identifying spare parts, streamlining the inventory, etc.). In order to prepare to establish parameters adapted to each company.

    • Organisational (training of personnel on daily management based on the concept of work orders, to prepare grounds for use of the CMMS)

    • Economical (implementing specific performance indicators for each client to ensure a rigorous tracking of maintenance activities)

2. Implementation of the maintenance management and inventory software.

In this second phase, we proceed with the complete installation of both our software, INTERAL Maintenance (maintenance management) and INTERAL Procurement (inventory and spare parts management) based on a client/server configuration, and we train the concerned personnel to use the software efficiently.
