Maintenance triggered according to mileage

Preventive maintenance follows the evolution of the vehicle’s mileage; therefore the maintenance is triggered depending on the vehicle’s usage history.

Decomposition of vehicles into sections

INTERAL Maintenance allows you to decompose your vehicles into “components” (motor, tire, transmission, communication system, etc). The compnents can be removed form a machine and be added to another, thereby transferring its maintenance history with it.

A section’s real mileage

By assigning a permanent meter to your components, you will always have the exact mileage, even if they are removed from a machine for a long period of time, or if they are transferred from one equipment to another. You can therefore have the correct mileage for a motor even if it has been transferred from one vehicle to another, or the exact mileage for winter tires for your delivery truck.

List of spare parts

As in regular work orders, you can enter the spare parts necessary for the maintenance job. This way, you can forecast your part needs months in advance!
