Building Maintenance

INTERAL Maintenance is perfectly adapted to suite your maintenance needs for industrial or commercial buildings thanks to the “Service Call” and “Client” modules (both included in the basic version of the software).

The “Client” module allows you to manage your clients (tenants, subcontractors, etc) and stores important information about them (address, telephone number, contacts, etc).

The “Service Call” module allows you to create work orders for specific clients. The work orders contain all the necessary billing information.

The service calls are treated with the regular work orders, allowing you to efficiently manage your resources and follow your service calls.
