Work Request

When an employee notices a problem on a piece of equipment, he/she can enter the work request directly into INTERAL Maintenance using a simple interface called “Work Request”.

Completing a work request is simple, which allows casual workers to easily submit their work requests.

Once the request is accepted, it will automatically be converted to a work order. It can also be cancelled by any user that has the permission to do so.

Work requests can also be submitted by a user through ASP pages (optional) on an internet/intranet network and via Internet Explorer.

Once connected, the user immediately sees the work requests that are in the database, and can create a new one by clicking “New”.

This is a good solution to free up INTERAL Maintenance licenses for users who use the software on a daily basis. The request details are identical to requests completed using the software’s module.
