In INTERAL Maintenance equipment is managed separately for each piece of equipment. Machines are represented by equipment files, allowing you to see, among other things, information concerning the machine, its components, costs, corrective and preventive maintenance history, etc.

As you can see in the following image, the equipment can be arranged in a tree-view structure.

The equipment can also be viewed as a list that can be filtered according to various criteria.

INTERAL Maintenance also allows you to navigate graphically through your different equipment.

The equipment file groups all the information concerning a machine, its cost and its maintenance history. The information contained in the file can be printed for your records or to give to a worker that does not have access to the software.

Each equipment component (motor, pump, gear box, etc.) has its own specific properties, therefore INTERAL Maintenance allows you to design the file in order to keep record of information for each component. This way, any possible information can be stored in the software, reducing considerably the need for paper handling.
