Mr. Bourgeois has been part of the INTERAL team for almost three years now, and both INTERAL and its partners have taken advantage of his studies in international business. Since he joined the INTERAL team, he has concluded many deals both in and out of Canada. His knowledge of maintenance tools allows him to answer maintenance workers’ questions to help them in their search for a CMMS.

Mr. Fortin has over 20 years of experience in maintenance and industry. As a member of the corporate reliability committee, he actively participated in developping the reliability program for Cadbury Adams Canada's Canadian plants. He was then Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor during 4 years in the food industry. He has had the opportunity to implement a complete equipment reliability program, contributing to a reduction of 40% of maintenance costs in 3 years.
